- Q. Is it free to use?
- Yes. Basic features are free. The AI chat allows 3 turns per day for free. Additional turns are available via ticket purchase or a Premium plan.
- Q. Can I use it as a complete beginner?
- Yes. You can start conversations in Japanese. When you don't know a word in Chinese, just ask in Japanese — the AI tutor will explain in both languages and keep the conversation going.
- Q. Are my chat messages stored?
- No. Your messages are not stored on our servers. Chat history is cleared when you close the app.
- Q. How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
- Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions to cancel.
- Q. What iOS version is required?
- iOS 16.0 or later is required.
- Q. What colors are used for tones?
- Tone 2 (yellow), Tone 3 (blue), Tone 4 (red). Tone 1 and neutral tone are transparent (no color). The same system is used consistently in both flashcards and AI chat.
